Why Connection Screening Matters
- Security: Prevents ads from connecting to malicious or insecure domains, protecting user data and maintaining trust.
- Compliance: Ensures all ad connections meet your requirements.
- Control: Allows you to manage and monitor the domains your ads interact with, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Advalidation's recommendation
We recommend enabling this setting if you want to restrict access to specific vendors, receive alerts when an ad pulls data from a particular vendor, or block certain vendors altogether.
We recommend having a creating a Connection Screening profile in order to establish a screening policy in regards to vendors (more info below).
Please note: you may create several Connection screening profiles and assigned different profiles to different ad specifications when needed.
