Audio can catch users off guard and compel them to close the window or tab in order to stop the sound.

Audio settings in Advalidation

In Advalidation, you must select one of the below options:

• Do not allow before click
• Allow on mouse hover

Please note: one of these options must be selected when the Audio test is enabled as part of your Display specifications.

Advalidation's recommendation

We recommend enabling this setting in order to prevent distraction for users due to unexpected audio.
