What is Audio sample rate?
The Audio Sample rate is the average number of samples of audio per second. It is expressed in Hz or kHz.
There are two main standard when it comes to Audio sample rate:
- 44.1 kHz - Radio standard (+music)
- 48 kHz - Film and TV standard
You can select either 44.1 kHz, or 48 kHz, or both of them as part of your Video specs.
Advalidation's recommendation
Enabling this setting ensures audio sample rate do not deviate from your standards.
