As of March 1st 2024, Advalidation operates on a single session policy, meaning users are restricted to one active session at a time. This ensures a more controlled and secure user experience.
The single session policy minimises the risk of unauthorised access and potential security breaches, as only one instance of your account is allowed to be active at any given time.

A single session per user simplifies the management of your account, reducing the likelihood of inadvertent errors or complications arising from concurrent sessions.
Traceability & audit trail
This streamlined approach significantly improves traceability. By maintaining a clear and accountable record of actions, Advalidation ensures an efficient audit trail for compliance, analysis, and troubleshooting purposes.
Please Note: While users are restricted to a single active session, you have the flexibility to log in from different devices or browsers. If you attempt to log in from a new device or browser while a session is already active, the system will automatically log you out of the existing session to facilitate the new login (please see image below).
New user access and user limit increase
